ENCAP provides food support in the following ways:
Commodity Supplemental Food Program: Provides monthly onsite pick-up or delivery of USDA commodities to homebound, income eligible seniors 60+ (monthly incomes of $1,696 or less).

- Beginning in September, onsite pick-up hours will be: the First and Second Tuesday and Thursday of the month, from: 9AM – 1PM at 2406 Fowler Avenue.
